Sharing stories of the most marginalised people

All too often, it is the most vulnerable people who are forgotten or excluded in a humanitarian crisis. In a disaster like an earthquake, cyclone or flood, people with injuries and disabilities often struggle to access the support they need. And in  a conflict, civilians often bear the brunt of casualities and are left injured, traumatised and in need of care and support.

HI's teams work alongside the most vulnerable people in situations of povery and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We focus on ensuring that injured people, victims of trauma and people with disabilities are not left behind.
