Air strike destroys MSF hospital in northern Syria February, 15 2016
A hospital supported by humanitarian organisation Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) in Marat al-Numan, 280 kilometres to the north of Damascus, was destroyed in an air strike on Monday 15th February. Seven people were killed in the attack and dozens injured.

Winter in Nepal: Handicap International assists the most vulnerable families April, 1 2016
Handicap International has distributed winter kits containing clothes, mattresses and blankets to vulnerable families in Nepal who lost everything in the earthquake of April 2015. Ten months on, the organisation continues to supply aid to victims of the disaster.

A powerful earthquake followed by a tsunami struck the centre of the Indonesian region of Sulawesi on 28th September, killing more than 1,400 people and injuring more than 2,500. Humanity & Inclusion, which has sent a support team of experts to Indonesia, is coordinating its response with local organisations.

Super Typhoon Mangkhut, which made landfall in the northern Philippines early on Saturday 15th September, has killed dozens of people and affected more than 4 million others. An HI assessment team will arrive in areas worst hit by the disaster on Monday to identify the needs of affected people.
